Will assist multiple Local Account Executives in all aspects of the sales process of KTTV and KCOP.
Will assist multiple Local Account Executives in all aspects of the sales process of KTTV and KCOP. Responsibilities include but are not limited to imputing orders, checking contracts for accuracy, maintaining files for sales orders and organizing makegoods.

Will provide administrative support to two Sales Executives within the Ad Sales department.
Will provide administrative support to two Sales Executives within the Ad Sales department. Will answer phones, coordinate expense reports and travel, take notes and send correspondence and handle other administrative duties as assigned. Will document weekly sales reports and assist sales planners as needed.

Responsible for National Sales for 11 spot television markets with 16 TV stations. Oversee all schedules throughout the flights.
