 Pasadena Model Railroad - Open House

Come to the Pasadena Model Railroad Club Open House.  The Club operates the Sierra Pacific Lines, one of the largest Model Railroads in the world covering almost 5000 square feet.

The Renaissance Pleasure Faire - Eight stages offer theatre, comedy, dance, music and swordplay performances, including a children's stage and some adults-only offerings.  You can ride the Maypole Carousel, Moon Swing or Giant Rocking Horse or try your hand at archery, sword fighting or stick juggling.  Artisan booths house craftsmen and women making and selling pots and swords.  Glass blowing demonstrations happen on the hour.  Encampments of costume-clad actors line the main thoroughfare where various parades and processions, including Queen Elizabeth I and her Court, pass by on their way to the Jousting Arena, where armored knights battle on horseback, cheered on by the crowd.

Taste of Cinco de Mayo - Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with gourmet Latin food, artist demos, arts and crafts, vendors exhibitors, kids'art projects and activities, live music, dancing, and entertainment.

Bike Fest and Tour of Long Beach - Join in the fun by participating in the Tour of Long Beach which includes a 4-mile family fun ride, the 100-mile Cruz Gran Fondo from the Queen Mary through Long Beach, Cypress and Signal Hill and back; plus a festival with live entertainment, vendors, demos, and a kids' fun zone.

South Bay Art Walk at the Beach - Come to South Bay Art Walk at Miramar Park situated on a grassy bluff with views of the beach, Pacific Ocean and Palos Verdes Peninsula.  Come and meet over 30 local artists showing original works in painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, and handmade baskets.

Chivas at the Park - Grassroots program run alongside the City of Los Angeles Recreation and Parks in an effort to bring high quality soccer clinics to children all across L.A.  These clinics include clinics run by our professional coaches, an opportunity to meet a player for our team.
