Affiliate Relations Coordinator
Coordinate all aspects of affiliate relations, promotion and marketing efforts for affiliates of syndicated programming. Assist affiliate relations staff in booking travel, researching local press opportunities within markets and assist in coordinating details for promotional events. Assist in the updating of our consumer and affiliate websites. Field stations calls and fulfill promotional requests. Assist in coordination of custom promo shoots, premium item selection and execution, fulfill dub requests and ensure show information delivery to all affiliates. Will also support the affiliate relations team in the organization and planning of corporate events and conferences.
Candidate must possess advanced computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must have great interpersonal and communication skills. Must be organized and able to multi task various assignments. Previous office exp. preferred.
Coordinator, Contracts Administration
Responsibilities include oversight of file rooms for both Twentieth Television (TTV) and TVD International (TVD) which requires reporting to both TTV and TVD in coordinating Domestic and International internal and external audits, including securing files, arranging and overseeing auditors visits, security clearance and providing office space; creation and maintenance of files; locating and retrieving files for office personnel; overseeing and maintaining records for archival of files in external storage and providing additional clerical duties, including but not limited to answering phones, xeroxing, scanning, faxing, etc., as may be required. Ideal candidate will have a minimum one year previous clerical work experience handling heavy filing. Position requires a self starter who works independently in order to manage file rooms on different floors and who has strong inter-personal, time management and excellent attention to detail. Ability to work well with all levels of personnel also required.
Jr. Coordinator – Sales Administration
Responsibilities include administrative support for the SVP of the department as well as the department which includes; ordering supplies, telecom services, etc. Assist in the input of time periods, competitive pricing information and other relevant deal term information. Liaison between the Sales Coordinators in the TTV satellite sales office. Data entry of all Broadcast deals as well as printing and filing them away. Assist on special projects when needed such as ad hoc reports and spreadsheets for Management.
Ideal candidate will have two to three years knowledge of the TV Syndication and Ad Sales businesses preferred. Must possess strong computer skills especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Position requires attention to detail and good organization skills.
Account Executive
Responsibilities include create sales presentations, service Agencies and Client Accounts, present to clients, work closely with Sales Manager to set up meetings/presentations with key clients, write new business and develop target account list. Ideal candidate will have two to three advertising sales experience preferred, exceptional presentation and organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain excellent relationships with clients, ability to multitask and pay attention to detail. Must possess computer skills especially in Excel, Word, and Power Point.
