Account Executive
Responsible for National Sales for 11 spot television markets with 16 TV stations. Oversee all schedules throughout the flights. Work directly with ad agencies and clients to increase station revenue and shares through growing core business, sales of sports and specials, internet and new business development. 2- 3 years of successful TV advertising sales experience. College degree preferred. Knowledge of NSI ratings and secondary research resources; familiarity with DDS applications is a plus. Experience is Excel and Word. Strong relationships with Los Angeles agencies is a plus.
Sales Assistant
Responsible for assisting 2 or 3 Account Executives in the Sales Department along with maintaining account files, processing orders, revisions and cancellations; act as liaison between Account Executives, agency buyers, reps and clients; filing answering phones and general administrative work and other duties as assigned. College degree preferred. 1 -2 years office or related experience required. Experience in Excel and Word and knowledge of DDS software preferred.
Senior Research Analyst
Assist in the research sales effort for two FSS duopoly markets, Los Angeles and Phoenix. Duties include distributing overnights, analyzing ratings trends and positioning our stations verses our key competitors. Other duties include: ratings tracks, estimates for new programming, one-sheets/presentations and attendance at weekly sales meetings. Handles requests for Scarborough qualitative data and insure that all research materials are available on our intranet- Medianet. 2- 3 years research experience at a station or rep firm. Candidate must have a strong knowledge of Nielsen methodology and system, Scarborough or related qualitative service, Kantar/CMR, Word/Excel/Power Point. Knowledge of Nielsen’s Arianna and One Domain avail/research systems a plus. College degree required.
