Costa Mesa (myFOXla.com) - This Halloween weekend, thousands are expected to head down to
the Orange County Fairgrounds for Halloween OC 2009, a goulish two
night event. Friday's festivities began with the Halos `N' Horns
Music Festival, which featured more than 100 live bands performing
on 13 stages.
