Los Angeles - "This vs. That" is a wildly entertaining online show that uses popular science to answer burning questions such as this one: Which is better for carving up a turkey... an electric knife or a regular one?

Show creator Jon Hotchkiss and co-host Chris Tallman arranged for two awesome Los Angeles chefs to put that question to the test.

Watch as Bouchon chef Rory Hermann and "Next Iron Chef" contestant Jill Davie take their blades to the turkeys in the video.
