Are Budget Cuts in Education Good For Californians?
There's still no state budget despite lawmakers spending 30 hours in session this weekend. The budget contains $14 billion in tax increases and $15 billion in spending cuts. It's the cuts in the education budget that most concern Marty Hittelman, President of the California Federation of Teachers. He talks to Good Day LA about his concerns.
