Before he died, Michael Jackson was busy making plans for the things he wanted to do after he finished his London concerts. According to The Hollywood Reporter, he planned to co-direct a movie about foster children. It was going to be called "They Cage The Animals at Night" and was based on a book about a kid who was bounced from foster home to foster home. Michael's brother Jermaine has been talking to the media about Michael's plans and legacy.
