Kara DioGuardi has fought a battle, and not with Simon Cowell. For the first time she's speaking about her eating disorder and the tools she has used to rise above it. She used to deal with her emotions with food when she was younger. But she says that once she found an outlet for her creative side, she was able to beat the problem.
She talks about it, and the current season of "American Idol" with Steve, Dorothy, and Jillian.
