Los Angeles - Opponents of the California Dream Act are trying to get an initiative on the ballot that would overturn the dream act before it ever goes into effect.

This is the measure that would allow college students who are illegal immigrants to apply for and receive financial aid that is paid for by California taxpayers.

Assemblyman Tim Donnelly from San Bernardino is one of those opponents trying to get the Dream Act overturned... on Monday, he joined us live on GDLA.
