Los Angeles - Chef and restaurant owner Mark Peel has been pleasing the pallets of Angelenos for years now at his landmark restaurant Campanile. Now he’s focused his attention on simple dishes you can easily make at home in his new book "New Classic Family Dinners,". The cookbook is full of great-tasting recipes for chicken pot pie, cornmeal-crusted pan-fried trout, spaghetti and meatballs.
