Beverly Hills - On Friday, Lauren Sanchez was on the roof of the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills... for a stunt for the new movie, "Man On A Ledge."

She got harnessed and was supposed to jump off the roof... but bowed out after looking over the ledge.

"Man On A Ledge" - which opens later this month - is a heart-pounding thriller about an ex-cop named "Nick Cassidy" (Sam Worthington)... who stands on the ledge of a New York City hotel after an impossible escape from prison.
