Los Angeles - Paul Michael Glaser has worked in movies and TV as an actor and director for four decades... He'll always be remembered for the hit 70s series "Starsky and Hutch."
In 1980, Paul married Elizabeth Glaser who died of AIDS 14 years later.
While giving birth to their daughter Ariel, Elizabeth had a blood transfusion and was infected with the AIDS virus. While breastfeeding Ariel, she unknowingly passed on the virus to Ariel and then their son Jake.
Jake and Michael continue to carry on Elizabeth's mission to raise money for AIDS research.
Now, under the name "P.M. Glaser," Paul has written a novel aimed at young people, called "Chrystallia And The Source Of Light."
On Tuesday, Paul talked to us about the book live on GDLA. Watch the interview in the media player.
