Los Angeles - VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club" has returned for season seven with new celebrities, including Bobby Brown, Sebastian Bach and Nicole Eggert and Shar Jackson. Shar is not only trying to lose weight but is also dealing with her ex, Kevin Federline who's also on the show. She shares with “Good Day LA” about how she dealt with having her “ex” on the show.
