Los Angeles - Tavis Smiley says failure is an inevitable part of the human journey. His new book, called "Fail Up: 20 Lessons On Building Success From Failure", aims to help people deal with and move on from there.

Tavis will sign copies of his book at Barnes and Noble at The Grove at 7pm on Thursday, April 21st.
