Los Angeles - Donald Schultz travels the world to track down the most dangerous animals, all in the name of science.

You can catch his fearless exploits on Discovery's "Wild Recon" each week.

He works with with some of the world's top veterinarians and animal researchers on such fun projects as collecting venom from killer snakes... harvesting tentacles from deadly jellyfish... and taking down wild lions for blood samples.

It's a dangerous job, but someone's got to do it... right?
