Los Angeles - Sometimes surgery to enhance beauty can go painfully wrong. When it comes to the eyes, it happens all too often, as patients find themselves going under the knife with surgeons who don't have the expertise required to handle such a sensitive area.
Dr. Steven Dresner, an opthalmic plastic surgeon, has gained fame as the fixer of botched eye surgeries
According to Dr. Dresner, after any surgery around the eyes, patients should look for drooping lower lids, dry or painful eyes and problems closing the eyes. If any of those problems combine with cornea ulcers, the patient could be at risk of blindness.
