Los Angeles - Legal analyst Robin Sax goes over the testimony on the fifth day of the Conrad Murray trial.
On the subject of the prosecution calling not just one but two doctors to the stand, Robin says that they are being used as experts in the case in anticipation of what the defense will most likely do later on.
She says the defense is using the prosecution witnesses to make their point as well.
Regarding Dr. Thao Nguyen's testimony, Robin says that it pointed out how unprepared Conrad Murray might have been to properly monitor Michael Jackson's condition -- which was highlighted when Dr. Nguyen pointed out Murray wasn't even wearing a watch.
Robin adds that one important point that the defense got across is that 25mg of propofol might not even have been enough to put someone to sleep.
Whether the Jackson children will testify remains to be seen, Dr. Richelle Cooper was asked about the state of the kids at the hospital.
