Los Angeles - Testimony will resume Tuesday in the Michael Jackson killing trial. Court was not in session on Monday due to the Columbus Day holiday.
The tape recording of Dr. Murray talking to LAPD detectives will again be played when court is back in session.
So far, we've heard Murray explain that he was trying to wean Michael Jackson away from his diet of addictive drugs.
The tape also shows Murray claiming that he left the singer's side for only about two minutes after giving him the powerful anesthetic propofol, and that he was stunned to find the pop superstar had stopped breathing.
