Under leadership and development of Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, the Los Angeles Workforce Investment Board and City Council approved the City’s Workforce Development Strategy, a five-year, six-strategy plan to move 100,000 Los Angelenos from July 2005 to June 2010 into living wage jobs.
Gregg Irish is Executive Director of the Los Angeles Workforce Investment Board.
