Siskiyou County - As part of our "Saving the California Dream" series, producer Heidi Cuda took a trip up to Siskiyou County, a county some say is ground zero for government regulations.

Farmers are fighting over water rights, fighting to save their very way of life.

Despite an area with vast natural resources, this northern county is facing 20 percent unemployment and multiple industries have been shuttered.

In Part One, we hear from a farmer who tells our viewers his water fees went up 800 percent this year
