Los Angeles (myFOXla.com) - Someone could be listening in on your cell calls and using your phone to track your every move, without you knowing.

As Christina Gonzalez reports, it is not only difficult to block or even detect the spyware... but depending on who owns the phone, the use of the software could very well be llegal.
