Los Angeles - In this FOX 11 News Hot Seat debate... the decision to end the ban on raves at the Los Angeles Coliseum.

Here to talk about the decision... Aisha Armer, who nearly died after taking ecstasy at last year's Electric Daisy Carnival at the Los Angeles Coliseum -- and Lynn Tejada, owner of Green Galactic Public Relations. Tejada has worked in the electronic music industry for over two decades and has helped promote rave events.
