SoCal College Closes Without Warning?

Montecito Fine Arts College of Design closed.

Monrovia (myFOXla.com) - Could a college have suddenly closed without telling staff, students or parents?

That appears to be the case with Montecito Fine Arts College of Design. Campuses in Monrovia, Arcadia and Brea are closed.

That affects some 1,200 students and employees who are left wondering what's going on.
