Los Angeles - Budget cuts are having a huge impact on college campuses and students across the state. With less money to function, colleges are cutting classes, which results in overcrowded courses that fill up too quickly.
For college students earning the credits necessary to graduate is becoming more difficult. In the midst of California's budget crisis are college students bearing too much of the burden?
Kiyan Noyes-Aponte, who had trouble getting the classes he needs at Orange Coast Community College, Jay Cortez, the Student Body President at Los Angeles Community College and Dan Nannini, the Transfer Center Coordinator at Santa Monica College, joined us for a discussion on how campus cuts are affecting students.
