Los Angeles - A crisis is brewing over state money to keep LA school buses on the road. The state is expected to cut $1.8 billion from schools next week - including $38 million for the LA Unified School District to bus kids to school.
Superintendent John Deasy says he'll ask the School Board to sue the state - petitioning the courts to block the cuts.
According to Deasy, the cuts would eliminate bus service for 35,000 students to magnet schools and 13,000 special education students.
