Fashion Fakes Support Los Angeles Gangs

Los Angeles - Some shoppers searching for holiday bargains might be tempted to hit the black markets for cheap knockoffs.

Be warned that if you do... you're not only breaking the law, but also supporting vicious street gangs that have taken over Los Angeles' counterfeit fashion trade.

LAPD officials say over a hundred arrests for counterfeiting have been made this year alone -- with many of the suspects being hardcore gangbangers.

Gina Silva has the FOX 11 News investigation into "Fashion Fakes" in the video report.
