Los Angeles - Get whiter teeth right at the mall! How convenient is that? Well, not so fast, folks.

It may be a fast-growing, multi-billion dollar business, but some of those teeth-whitening places popping up everywhere are breaking the law.

Some may even be putting you at risk.

Gina Silva has the FOX 11 News investigation in the video report.

After we interviewed the president of Global Whitening, he called to reiterate that he will make the appropriate changes to make sure state regulations are being met.

He also says that the real reason that dentists are complaining is that they're losing money to teeth-whitening kiosks.
