Los Angeles - Trolls are creeps who lurk in Internet chat rooms and on websites, randomly hijacking them and posting nasty comments.

We posted a story on the phenomenon back in January, 2011. Well, they continue to take "mean" to a whole new level.

Although some trolls are the "stereotypical" thirty-something-year-old living in granny's basement, some of the biggest offenders are just kids with a mean streak that Dave Romanski describes in the video report. Don't let your kids online imprint go on unchecked.

What should you do, if someone trolls you? Here's what the experts say: Don't do anything! Just ignore it.

Resist that urge to engage or respond because that's just what the trolls are looking for. If you say nothing, chances are they'll just move on to someone else who puts up a good fight.
