Los Angeles (myFOXla.com) - Coolhaus isn't your average ice cream truck. It rolls around town with its shiny chrome wheels, bright pink top, and... oh, yeah... some yummy ice cream sandwich treats.

Coolhaus is the brainchild of Freya Estreller and her business partner Natasha Case.

They're dishing out made-to-order ice cream sandwiches with a twist. All of their desserts are named after famous architects.

You can watch Mark Thompson's video report on Coolhaus in the video player.

For example... there's the Frank Beary, named after the architect behind the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Downtown LA. That's a sugar cookie with strawberry ice cream.

Then there's the Richard Meyer lemon ginger. That's a ginger cookie with lemon ice cream.

The list goes on.

Estreller and Case have only been in business for a few months now but, just like another roving restaurant we've featured , Kogi BBQ, Coolhaus is relying on Twitter to spread the good word.

"Twitter has definitely revolutionized the whole mobile food business," explains Estreller. "It's a good marketing tool for us. And it's free."

Each week, the Coolhaus hits a different place in Southern California. Estreller and Case drop a few tweets to promote what they call the "exploration of mobile food."

People are definitely eating it up.

"I think it is great," says customer Brad Hoss. "Twitter is a huge component of it and that's really what's growing it."

"It's very tasty," says customer Katrina Amato. "I like it. It's something new."

Here's the important part... if you want to keep up on where the Coolhaus is going to be or what the featured ice cream sandwiches will be, just follow @Coolhaus on Twitter. You can also check 'em out on the Web at eatcoolhaus.com .

Just get the @KogiBBQ truck to show up at the same time and you've got your whole meal covered!.
