Get Married For 99 Cents

Hollywood (myFOXla.com) - Commerce-based 99 Cents Only Stores will treat nine couples to 99-cent weddings at its Hollywood store today -- 9-9-09 -- and a 9- pound, 9-ounce baby will receive $999.99.

The discount chain will send the couples off in a limousine, with $99.99 in cash, and take them to an undisclosed "famous romantic Los Angeles" spot.

All nine couples who get married in the store at 5270 Sunset Blvd. also will get a free night's stay, including dinner, at the Hotel Angeleno in Brentwood.

One of the brides will get to wear a Chanel-inspired wedding dress created by "Discount Diva" Kathy Jacobs.

As part of the promotion, a 9-pound, 9-ounce baby born today somewhere in the chain's region -- California, Arizona, Texas and Nevada -- will be given $999.99.
