Littlerock (myFOXla.com) - A 35-year-old teacher's aide at Antelope Elementary School in Littlerock is facing criminal charges for allegedly molesting a dozen children.
Gilberto Roca, who is in custody in lieu of $500,000 bail, is facing four felony counts of lewd acts with a child and seven related misdemeanor counts, according to sheriff's Sgt. Brian Hudson.
Detectives from the sheriff's Special Victims Bureau began an investigation of Gilberto Roca after 12 elementary school age children alleged they had been victimized by the teacher's aide.
Roca was interviewed and made allegedly incriminating statements which led to his arrest last Friday, according to sheriff's investigators.
The District Attorney's office filed charges against Roca on Monday.
