Man's Body Found in Hollywood

Hollywood (myFOXla.com) - Police were investigating the death of a man whose body was found today in Hollywood, authorities said.

The body of the man, who was about 30, was discovered about 1:30 a.m. near Melrose Avenue and Vine Street, said Los Angeles police Officer Norma Eisenman of the Media Relations Section. His name was withheld, pending notification of relatives.

The cause of death was not immediately known. It was unclear if the death was a homicide, Eisenman said.
