Whittier - An Amber Alert issued for a man 29-year-old Daniel Leon, a Whittier man accused of kidnapping his three children and threatening to kill them and himself, has been canceled with everyone accounted for... and all three children, safe.
Authorities had issued the alert at 6:17 p.m.
The alert was canceled at 7:38 p.m.
