Los Angeles - When Angela Rose was seventeen, she was kidnapped at gunpoint from a suburban Chicago shopping mall.
She was assaulted by a man who many people believe never should have been on the streets... he was a repeat sex offender who was on parole for murder.
Since the attack, Angela has become an advocate for laws that would keep such predators in prison for life.
