Los Angeles - Halle Berry was in court this morning... and asked a judge to keep her 3-year-old's father, Gabriel Aubry away from their child - while he is being investigated for child endangerment - after an incident involving their daughter Nahla and her nanny.
Our friends at TMZ got a look at the police report filed by the estranged couples' joint nanny, who claims Gabriel flew into a rage after she questioned him about keeping Nahla home from school... then allegedly pushed the nanny into a door, injuring her, all while she was holding Nahla in her arms.
The confrontation supposedly happened last Wednesday.
