Long Beach - In wake of the recent suicides by teens who were believed to be victims of anti-gay bullying, Long Beach Councilman Robert Garcia and community leaders held a vigil on Wednesday.

In addition to the vigil, dozens of celebrities, politicians and others have sent out video messages telling lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) teens not to give up, because "It Gets Better" and the videos are having an impact.

Hal Eisner has more on the vigil and the " It Gets Better " project in this video report.
