Mom, Two Children Hit by Tow Truck

Oxnard - A tow truck driver was in custody Tuesday night, after running down a mom and her two children in Oxnard.

The three were walking in a crosswalk on Vineyard Boulevard and Simon Way, when the truck hit them, then dragged the stroller with the two children for more than a quarter mile.
