Help Wanted: Gang Members?!

Inglewood - Signs reading "Wanted... Gang Members for a Career Opportunity" popped up on Inglewood street corners recently.

Have you seen them and wondered what they're all about? Well, it's not what you might be thinking.

These signs are geared towards getting gang members trained in a trade... to get them out of the gangs and into real jobs!

Ed Roche says he recruits them by putting up the "help wanted" signs around the community with a phone number... teaches the classes... and then lets the trainees work with his business for on-the-job experience.

Some of them graduate the program to end up making some pretty decent money!
