Los Angeles - The TSA is changing its tune on those controversial airport scanners... But you're not off the hook if they tell you to go through one.
Soon, airport officers will start wearing radiation sensors. The TSA maintains the scanners are safe... but they're like low-power x-rays... and airport workers worry about constant exposure.
Hundreds of airports will begin testing... the TSA won't say where... but it's likely LAX will be one of them.
