He is known at "Monstah" a name he earned promoting gangster rap and hip hop music, but now he's made a business getting unknown artists a shot at the big time. Take a look this video report.

Monstah, also known at Dale Morrison, sets up shows to help young artist.  You do pay for his assistance.  That might not sound ideal, but the payoff could a great career launch.  The opportunity might be a chance to be seen by audiences packes with industry power brokers.

He set up shows with superstars like Gucci Mane, Usher and Rick Ross.

Monstah is so successful a documentary crew is planning a feature on him.
