Rowland Heights (myFOXla.com) - Detectives at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide Bureau are looking for murder suspect 17-year-old Paul Sung Ha Kim, aka "Snoop" or "Snoops."
Kim, a known Wah Ching gang member, allegedly murdered Boo Lee at a birthday party on Sirius Drive in Rowland Heights on July 31, 2007.
He could be anywhere, but police say Southern Calfornia and Mexico are the most likely locations he'd be hiding.
