California - California drivers are just starting to get plugged into what's coming in electric cars. One of them looks like a space-mobile that might just fly. Called the Aptera... It's a three-wheeled all-electric vehicle being made in San Diego County... And due to go on sale late this year.

4,000 would-be owners are already on the waiting list.
