Charlie Sheen Joins Twitter, Followers Flock

(NewsCore) - LOS ANGELES -- Charlie Sheen joined the Twitterverse on Tuesday and even before his first tweet was racking up thousands of followers eagerly awaiting his first message.

The @charliesheen account had attracted more than 105,000 followers just hours after it was created and verified by Twitter.

The only message on the account was a line saying that "@charliesheen hasn't tweeted yet."

But then his first tweet appeared about 6:30pm ET -- a photo of himself with a blonde woman.

In the photo, Sheen is seen holding a bottle of chocolate milk and the woman, thought to be Rachel Oberlin -- aka Bree Olsen, one of the two porn actresses Sheen is currently dating -- was holding a bottle of juice.

The photo was titled "Winning..! Choose your Vice..."

Shortly after the tweet, Sheen had more than 187,000 followers.

In a series of rambling interviews on US television shows Monday, Sheen attacked the producers of his hit TV show, "Two and a Half Men," and called addicts "losers."

A pre-recorded interview with ABC is to screen later Tuesday, with the Los Angeles Times tipping Sheen will live-tweet throughout the broadcast.

On Tuesday, New York Post readers declared Sheen nuttier than Libyan leader Moamar Ghadafi. Sheen garnered 53 percent among the 7,841 people who voted in the newspaper's poll, while Ghadafi got 47 percent.
