(EndPlay Staff Reports) - It's not too late to adjust your New Year's resolutions, especially if you did not include getting fit.
If you started and have already quit, pick yourself up and get back at it. Try a different type of exercise or find some friends to encourage you to keep going.
If getting or staying fit isn't on your priority list, it should be.
"Develop a basic maintenance plan that you can stick with, then turn up the heat if you have something special, like a ski trip, that you want to get ready for," Jeff Bullock, a multisport athlete, personal trainer and gym owner, told the Tampa Bay Times . "That way you'll be ready for anything."
There are many online resources to help you, regardless of whether you are new to working out or a seasoned pro.
