(EndPlay Staff Reports) - Five fan-created Doritos ads are locked in a competition to see which two will air during this year's Super Bowl.

This year, if a consumer-created Doritos ad scores at the top of the traditional USA Today Ad Meter or the USA Today Facebook Super Bowl Ad Meter, the creator will get a $1 million cash bonus prize. A number two spot will net $600,000 and a number three spot gets the creator $400,000.

Watch the the ads below.

The finalists were announced on the website CrashtheSuperBowl.com:

• "Man's Best Friend" by Jonathan Friedman
A canine culprit shuts up a witness by offering something to keep the witness quiet.

• "Bird of Prey" by Joby Harris
A co-worker searches for his favorite prey, ready to swoop in and grab it.

• "Sling Baby" by Kevin T. Willson
A grandmother and a baby join forces to keep someone from snatching their snack.

• "Hot Wild Girls" by Brad Scott
Technology gives two buddies more than they asked for.

• "Dog Park" by Tyler Dixon
Training your dog is all about the reward, and if you offer the right one it may be easier than you ever imagined.

These are the top five out of 6,100 submissions to this year's Crash the Super Bowl contest. From this point on, it will be up to the public to vote on which clips will air during the game.

To vote, go to the www.crashthesuperbowl.com website. Voters will also have the chance to win $10,000 prizes as one will be given out each time the contest reaches a 100,000 vote milestone until it reaches a million votes.

Frito-Lay announced that two ads will air because The Lonely Island, the award-winning creative team of Andy Samberg, Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone, offered its 30-second spot up to a finalist. The finalist who gets this spot will also get to work with The Lonely Island on an upcoming project.

As far as the chance of an ad winning the top spot. Frito-Lay stated that since the Crash the Super Bowl contest started in 2007 consumer-created ads have ranked within the top five spots of the traditional USA Today Ad Meter. They have made number one two of the last three years.
