(NewsCore) - A Utah woman dressed up as a man to steal thousands of dollars from her neighbors.

The unnamed 31-year-old donned a fake mustache, men's suit and beanie cap before letting herself into the home of a couple who had trusted her with their key, The Salt Lake Tribune reported Thursday.

However, the woman's neighbors noticed that money had been going missing and planted a security camera inside their Salt Lake City home.

Despite their female neighbor's attempts to disguise herself, the couple recognized her on the recording and handed the evidence to police.

Officials found the woman's disguise at her house and she was charged Thursday with two counts of burglary and one count of theft.
