'NFL Playoffs' Scores More than 30M Viewers

(NewsCore) - Over 31 million people tuned in to watch Sunday's NFL Playoff Game between the Detroit Lions and New Orleans Saints on NBC, making it the most-watched prime time program for the week of January 2 to January 8.

Nielsen ratings released Tuesday show the game's pre-kickoff show landed in second place with 25.4 million viewers and CBS' crime drama "NCIS" in third with an audience of 19.8 million.
