The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is looking for Thomas Velarde in connection with a shooting on January 10, 2009 in Compton.
After a show featuring Mexico's Banda Imperio near the intersection of Rosecrans Avenue and Gibson Street, Velarde allegedly murdered a young man at the Tacos Sinaloense next door to the concert location.
