Neighbors: Drag Racing Caused Deadly Crash

The driver of a pickup truck went out of control in Warren and crashed through the brick wall of a business on 8 Mile. Two people were killed on the scene early Sunday morning. A third victim is seriously hurt.

Police Monday released the names of the victims. Kyle Dixon, 26, of Clinton Township and John Bommarito, 21, of St. Clair Shores were each killed in the crash.

Witnesses believe drag racing led up to the crash. Investigators are also looking into whether alcohol played a role.
